We use Stripe Payments.
We do not store any Payment Information on our site so youe Payment method is secure.
Your order will be delivered by Courier in a secure cold pack box.
Your order will be shipped within 3 Days from placing your order.
This allows for the production of a freshly made Cake.
Delivery will be within 5 working days of the order being placed.
We do not deliver at weekends.
This is because we cannot guarantee couriers will deliver on the day specified, this would mean your order laying in the courier depot over the weekend and possibly wasting.
Our Cakes can remain frozen in transit for up to 36 hours due to the frozen gel packs we use.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, we ask that you take photos of the delivery label, along with the damage to the outer packaging as well as the product while still sealed in the internal plastic packaging.
This is to allow us to claim against the Courier.
You will be offered a replacement product if time allows, or a full refund.

Absolutely! You can order and Pay as normal then send to any Address you choose ( within the UK )
You can also give any special instructions on the checkout page.
Unfortunately we do not do Gluten free Cakes.
We are able to do Cakes for Diabetics, simply let us know what flavour you are looking for and we will discuss this with you.
When your Cake arrives it should be removed from the outer Packaging.
If freezing for future use simply place the cake into your freezer.
On the day of eating please remove from your freezer and allow a minimum of 6 hours to defrost.
